Reviewed Salad Nicoise with Seared Tuna

Not a fan of tarragon or red onions, so I subbed dill and green onions... and my crappy grocery store's fresh tuna looked anything but, so I actually used wild Alaskan smoked salmon. It turned out wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone, and look forward to making it again with ahi tuna. Very healthy and refreshing. Thanks Tyler!"

This is a wonderful recipe. It's a process, with the steps in the prep, but it's delicious and worth it. Slight changes I made were that I used zucchini instead of parsnips because I'm not a fan, and i added a bit of rosemary because I also added ground lamb.... shhhhhhhh.
