I agree. I am fairly young and use a computer daily - but I think recipe cards are the best way to go in my kitchen

THIS WAS AWESOME. The only changes I made were that I used 5 tomatoes and I substituted a shallot for a green onion (all I had on hand). Will make again for sure. Next time I will use a tad less mayo - I love mayo but thought it was a little overpowering. I will use more fresh basil. I might add just a touch of fresh minced garlic and just a...

I made this tonight for dinner and took a plate to a friend in the hospital. It was delicious and perfect. The skin was crispy and the meat juicy. Just perfect. I did as many of the others here suggested and added the carrots/veggies about 50 mins before the end of the cooking time - and they weren't quite done. My roasting pan has a V shaped...

I made this dish for my bookclub meeting last night - the only changes I made to the dish were that I left out the cream sherry - it wasn't available at any of the three stores I checked - and I decreased the salt due to some of the reviews I read. I initially added half the salt noted in the recipe (I did salt the water for the noodles too) - and...

Delicious - but TOO SALTY. I followed the recipe exactly - no sauce - and the steaks had a great flavor - but were very very salty. I will make this again - and probably cut the salt in half - or maybe by 2/3. Served with fresh steamed broccoli and mushrooms. Used a thermometer - would like for recipe to say approx. time in oven - but otherwise....

Delicious and perfect. I have tried for years to make perfect fried chicken - and just couldn't get it right. This turned out GREAT! Next time, I will add more spices to the flour and some hot sauce to the buttermilk - but this was awesome! Will be my go-to recipe!

I consider myself a decent cook - and these turned out terrible! I think I made them too big - but they flattened like little biscuits and didn';t have a lot of flavor. I used my silver sheet pans - and they took at least twice as long to cook. I am going to try again today - and I think I will try to amp up the taste a little with less bi...

I made these for a Super Bowl Party in which I made regular meatballs too - so that my vegetarian friends would have a meatball slider too. I did not soak them in the broth - but instead put them in the crockpot with some spagetti sauce. I had to add some water to the crock pot after they sat fora while - I think the meatballs were soaking up the...

Made for a Super Bowl Party - YUMMY! Everyone wanted the recipe. Thanks Guy! The only change I made - I couldn't put on the grill - because just as we got ready to start the grill (just before the party we found it was out of gas!! Fixed these in the oven and then transferred to a crockpot. Turned out great anyway. "

I made this for Thanksgiving for my family - everyone loved it. I used the brine recipe available on this website by Guy Fieti to prepare the breast. The breast was so tender. Do not cook it longer than instructed here. Next time I make this recipe I will use about 1/2 the lemon zest recommended. But otherwise, MMMMmm. My whole extended fami"
