This is a great recipe. My only complaint is that two tablespoons of dijon mustard is too much. Really, I think one teaspoon is ample. Some people are saying that it is too sweet; they are probably using a sweet marsala instead of a dry marsala. Make sure you are using dry marsala wine. "

Reviewed Second Day Fried Stuffing Bites with Cranberry Sauce Pesto

I didn't have any cranberrry sauce, so I just made the stuffing bites. I had leftover stuffing from Ina's herb and sausage stuffing. I used plain bread crumbs and added onion powder, garlic powder, and a little cayenne pepper. These were sooooo good. I have more leftover stuffing and I'll be making more of these!""
