Reviewed Jambalaya Pasta with Penne, Chicken, Shrimp and Andouille

"Even though I lightened this up a bit, it still tasted like 5 stars. It is so flavorful. I used half and half instead of full cream and used half as much parmesan cheese (I might even go down as far as 1% milk thickened with cornstarch if I wanted to be crazy about it). I replaced about 1/4 lb of the sausage with more shrimp (and probably added a little extra Essence though I didn't measure). I also added more of the onion, pepper and tomatoes than the recipe called for (I used fresh diced tomatoes. I might make it again this week because it was so good. Oh and the picture does not do it justice, it is so much more colorful than that. "

Reviewed Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

"My boyfriend made this for me (he never cooks...it's that easy). It was very tasty. You could really taste the bacon cheeseburger flavor. This is a Paula Deen recipe though, so you can't really act surprised that it is fairly greasy. We also used the loaf pan, and it essentially boiled in grease, so we will probably do the rack next time.
