This is a brilliant take on the grilled cheese, which is a staple in our house. And i've never been patient enough to make poppers. This really captures two beautiful concepts-- the total is greater than the sum of its parts: crispy, then creamy, tangy, chewy. Wow. Great one Jeff! Thanks.
