Reviewed Pork Chops With Apples and Garlic Smashed Potatoes
"The sauce was very juicy and tasty. However, the pork chops turned out very tough and dry. Maybe I overcooked them? Not sure, but the potatoes were very good. I also made a side of collard greens which added a nice bitterness to contrast the sweetness of the pork chop sauce."
