"Pretty good, but I expected a bit more, worth trying again to master the technique. My chicken was a little dry. Will try the crockpot next time but the sauce was outstanding!! Reduce, reduce, reduce the sauce.

"I put a bit too much butter in to the ratio of potato. Taste was great but I need to cook up some more potatoes. I wouldn't necessarily pair this with the braised beer chicken. I like rich food but I was a bit overwhelmed with the strong flavors.
