I would not leave your turkey in for another 24 hrs. It will definitely be too salty. Even 24 hrs itself seems like a long time, how big of a turkey are you cooking? Try aligning the brine time to just before you are going to cook it. If you take it out too early it will dry out, if you wait too long it will be too salty.
