Very easy to put together. I really enjoyed the seasoning for the fish. I didn't have buttermilk or halibut so I used Cod and left out the buttermilk but I'll add it next time I make it. I also used a Foreman Grill and the fish cooked in about 4 minutes. I really loved the slaw too! Also, I didn't have tortillas so I used a pita...you really can'"

Originally, I made this dish for our Superbowl party. Well, the guys were watching the game and eating the sliders I put out while I was making these. I tasted one before sending them out to the crowd of screaming gorillas in my living room. IT WAS SO AWESOME. I went back to the guys, filled their drinks, returned to the kitchen and grabbed the...

I made this dish last night for dinner. It was good, but kind of mushy and wet after an hour and 20 mins. I would recommend setting the temp to 375 instead of 350 and try cooking for an hour and 20 mins. Not bad, but I probably wont try this one again.

I made this dish a couple of nights ago for a quiet dinner with the hubby. He's not a big shellfish fan, but loved loved loved this one. Being Italian myself, I really appreciated the familiarity. I didn't have any fresh parsley and my hubby suggested dried parsley, but I am telling you, if you want this dish to be awesome, you absolutely need to...

I added an extra scoop of ice cream and the chocolate liquor. Also I poured half in the glass, then added hot fudge, then put in the last half, and topped it off with mint leaves that were marinated in strawberry vodka....it's absurd how incredible this was!

Thank you so much for this one! I struggle with finding healthy snacks for my girls. My 6 year old doesn't eat ANYTHING and I usually have to force her to eat otherwise she'd starve. I really worry about her protein intake. This recipe came out great, I put them in a bowl and my hubby started diggin in during a movie, then my 6 year old started,...
