Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"FInally a perfect roast! I've been trying for years to get it right, and it usually came out overdone. Like most, I was a little skeptical about the method, but it was perfect. I had a 5.6 lb. roast, took it out for about 2 hours at room temp. before roasting, and the initial read on the thermometer was around 60 degrees. I like my prime rib more "
Reviewed Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks
"Family plowed through this one without any leftovers. Easy to make. Love the leeks! Would be nice with added chicken or shrimp, but fine by itself too. I doubled the cream too because I made it with 16 oz. pasta. Oh, and I just used regular applewood smoked bacon instead of the pancetta. "
Reviewed Gazpacho
"Great for such a hot day. Loved the crunch of the veggies and the flavor of the grilled shrimp was a nice compliment."
Reviewed Chocolate Pudding
"Very easy and delicious! My kids always thought the only way to make pudding was from a box. Now they know how much better homemade is!

Reviewed Five Layer Mexican Dip
"Made this for an open house yesterday and everyone loved it. The chipotle gives it a great smoky flavor. My husband asked why I hadn't made this sooner--"It's FABULOUS!" he said. Very flavorful and pretty to look at. So much better than the premade 5 layer dips, and you don't miss the sour cream. Thanks Ellie!""
Reviewed Gratin Dauphinois
"These were amazing! One of the best potato dishes I ever made! Definitely not too healthy, but worth every calorie""
Reviewed Sweet and Sour Chicken
"My family loved this! It was a really easy weeknight meal and tasted as good as take out, but healthier. I added a little grated fresh ginger and sliced carrots (like the picture). I found the sauce a little thicker for my liking (after adding the cornstarch mixture), but I kept all of the juice from the pineapple can and added most of the remain"
Reviewed Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry
"My family loved this easy weeknight meal. I added other veggies including sliced carrots, diced red peppers and red onion, napa cabbage, and mushrooms. I added some crushed red peppers while I cooked it too, but not too much because of my small kids. I garnished it with chopped fresh cilantro. Will definitely make again.
