Not bad, but as dragongirl26 said, it was a bit dry and needed a bit of oomph, although the peppers helped a lot (I used 1/2 a diced jalapeno for 2 people). I agree that it needed the squeeze of lemon juice. Normally, I don't cook with it, but I thought it could also have used a smidge of butter as well (ironic for a healthy pasta). It was easy"
