Reviewed Grilled Brisket with Tangy Mop Sauce

Sorry to say but this recipe was awful. I followed the recipe exactly as stated but instead of making the mop sauce we used bottled BBQ sauce in the end stage. The meat was tough as a boot and tasteless. I suppose it could have been the meat but for $10 for a 2.75 lb brisket it was an expensive failed effort. I will cook what's left in the crockpo"
