I love this recipe and have made it several times. Tonight I didn't have everything on hand so made some substitutions: 2 ripe tomatoes instead of canned, sun-dried tomato chicken sausage instead of chicken breast and fresh oregano instead of parsley. Still tastes delicious! I highly recommend. ""
