Very good AND quick & easy! Made these for the 1st time for my daughter's birthday dinner & they were a big hit. The coating stayed on the shrimp & they cooked up perfectly crispy & golden brown. Just happened to have a jar of roasted pineapple habanero dip in the fridge that paired perfectly! Next time I will up the coconut to bread crumb ratio ...

Made this today, it was my first ever scratch-made pie and it turned out fantastic! I used Granny Smith & Braburn apples for a nice sweet-tart combination. The crust was delicious & flaky & I did not have an issue with the edges of the crust burning at all. This will be my go-to pie recipe for the foreseeable future. Great results for a complete novice...

So simple & so good. Made this tonight with a mixture of kale & collard greens & everyone loved it. I also used vegetable stock for the benefit of the one vegetarian in the group & it was just fine. If you haven't cooked with these greens before, both need to have the rib (stem removed, but otherwise, super easy, quick, tasty & healthful.
