I could not, in good conscience, make this by the book. Why use ground turkey if you're going to use all that butter, oil, heavy cream & breadcrumbs. That being said, I lightened it up a bit by using half the amount of butter & oil in the browning portion, and then used fat-free half & half, which is more than 1/2 the calories of heavy cream, an"
