Reviewed i ain't chicken chicken: crispy roasted chicken breasts with orange and cardamom

Feb 18, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I made this a while back and just now posting a review. Loved it. I brined the chicken breasts for about an hour and was glad I did because they were juicy and had great flavor. I dont remember having smoke trouble with the temperature, but I do remember adjustsing the oven temp thanks to other reviewers. Would recommend.

I tried this soup vegan style (vegetable stock instead of chicken/eliminated pancetta, used olive oil to saute veggies) and DAMN was it good! Didnt splurge on the croutons tonight, but will make next time. Vegan or carnivore style, this is a GREAT soup! Thanks Anne :-)
