My first Neely recipe and I was impressed! Made this as our Sunday dessert. Found that cooking the entire 45 mins is too long. Read the previous reviews and next time I will cook less time. It was a little dry, but I added a little water and it recovered. I used a
11 x 7 glass pyrex dish, two large granny smith apples instead of five, chopped...
