Reviewed Lemon Fusilli with Arugula

"Fantastic! I adjusted though by not adding the broccoli (only because I've been eating a leftover broccoli salad all week) and not adding the arugula because I don't care for wilted greens. After reading the reviews, I also omitted the lemon zest and only used the juice from two lemons. This was amazing. I could totally imagine it exactly as written and being perfection also though, although I really don't think the broccoli is necessary! Perfect with some nice bread! The sauce is absolutely fabulous.

Reviewed Capellini with Tomatoes and Basil

"I modified it a little by using 1 pound of pasta because I love leftovers so I wanted it to stretch, and I also added some lemon juice. I am not a basil fan, so I just used a lot of fresh parsley instead. I also only used one pint of tomatoes and it was plenty, although I do love tomatoes. Four just seems expensive! But this was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I've recommended it to friends and they all have the same reaction - excellent.
