"Last time I tried brining it didn't turn out good at all because I couldn't get myself to use that much salt; I thought it would be too salty so I cut it in half. So this time I was very nervous to brine again. This recipe was great! Very tender, juicy, and flavorful! Thank you Alton! I'll definitely be brining from now on. "
