"This recipe produced an amazing cake with the perfect texture and flavor. When cake was cooled, I decorated with a thin layer of whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon over the top. This was a hit with my family at Christmas."
Reviewed Couscous with Pine Nuts
"I had this with rack of lamb and it was a great combination. The currants and pine nuts added a nice touch. My fiance said that I should have added more pine nuts and currants. Maybe next time or I may even sub the currants with dried cranberries."
