. . . But it would depend on the particular curry mixture you're using. I used the sweet curry blend from Spice House because it's not too hot-spicy for the kiddos.

"I've made this pie crust twice. The first time I used all butter. It was a VERY easy crust to handle, patched up without any problem, and still came out flaky and light.
