Reviewed Lemony Shrimp Scampi Pasta
"I'm a huge fan of Melissa's show and have made many of her recipes. This is another keeper! I had frozen precooked shrimp on hand, and since they had some shell left on the tails, I used those for the shrimp stock. Also added 1/4 cup of white wine, just to make a bit more sauce. It was delicious, and looks so pretty on the plate with some freshly chopped parsley. "

Reviewed Quick Cinnamon Apple Tarte
"This was very good, and I loved how easy the crust was. I accidently added both tablespoons of sugar to the crust mixture, but it tasted fine. This makes a very elegant looking dessert, and it looks like you slaved for hours making it. Couldn't have been easier!
"These were just a little too icky sweet for my taste, but good nonetheless. I think next time I'll use canned blueberry pie filling. The crepes do make a very pretty dessert.
Recently retired and can now enjoy cooking again!
