This was very good, and I loved how easy the crust was. I accidently added both tablespoons of sugar to the crust mixture, but it tasted fine. This makes a very elegant looking dessert, and it looks like you slaved for hours making it. Couldn't have been easier!

Reviewed Blueberry Lemon Crepes with Custard Sauce

These were just a little too icky sweet for my taste, but good nonetheless. I think next time I'll use canned blueberry pie filling. The crepes do make a very pretty dessert.
