I just made this with my mother and it was fantastic. It reminds me a lot of a dish I got very often from Olive Garden (which is now off the menu, what). This recipe is absolutely delicious. However, I did follow everyone's suggestion and used salt and pepper to taste. The salt from the pasta water and just a pinch extra later was more than enoug...
