Reviewed Madeleines

"These madeleines turned out beautifully. Not only did we dust them with powdered sugar after they came out of the oven, we also dipped them half way in melted chocolate. This was my sister's idea, as I am not into super sweet desserts. That's why these are perfect for me not too sweet and even better with a hot cup of coffee with some Baileys l""

Reviewed Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Sherry-Dijon Vinaigrette

"Made this for Christmas 11'...took me awhile to put in the review. This stuff is wonderful!! I had family members who were completely against eating brussel sprouts and they looooved them! Reviewed Grilled Korean-Style Skirt Steak

"This was awesome!! I had my family come over for dinner and they loved it! I did add 4 more garlic cloves and a little more soy sauce to the marinate. Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

"I agree with another review, these cookies are great with coffee! I am not a big fan of sweets and I am not a baker, with that being said, these cookies still came out great!! I was very surprised and if I can make them anybody can. They almost were like cake and I loved the tartness of them too. I used a little more zest then what it called for. I used three small lemons for the zest of both the batter and the glaze. YUMMY!! Good one Giada!!!
