Dough Hook- A lot of folks have asked if you have to have a dough hook to do this. I have made these probably 10 times and I do not own a mixer with a dough hook. After I get everything mixed together, I sit down with the bowl in my lap and I knead it for 5-7 minutes. They have turned out perfect every time.
