"Tender, Delicate and Addictive! Made these for the family Christmas get together and I will make them again! I used unbleached all purpose flour. I BAKED my potatoes and let them cool. I added the 1/2 tsp. white vinegar to the potatoes. Other than the vinegar I did pretty much what the recipe said. I folded the dough over only a couple of times-I didn't handle it a lot. Floured my board well because dough is moist. Great recipe.

"Dough Hook- A lot of folks have asked if you have to have a dough hook to do this. I have made these probably 10 times and I do not own a mixer with a dough hook. After I get everything mixed together, I sit down with the bowl in my lap and I knead it for 5-7 minutes. They have turned out perfect every time.
