"I've made this twice already. It's the only receipe that I have had success with eggplants. I left out the peppers and cilantro because I didn't have them. Added 1/4 tsp chili powder and plenty of salt along with the tumeric and cumin. I also used regular yogurt instead of greek because I was out. The flavors were so good. I didn't have enough lef""

"MY goodness! I made this last night and had the left overs today for lunch and it was JUST AS GOOD! I used ground chicken instead of pork and slightly under cooked it in the first step. Followed everything else to the T. Next week when I make it again (lol seriously) I'll cut the squash length wise and salt the squash before cooking. LOVED IT!""
