I love to cook recipes that I find easy and delicious after watching a show. I also like to try more dificult ones, however, for special occations only. I love FoodNetwork. I have learned a lot watching the shows. I need my FN fix every day for at least one hour! LOL :)
My taste has actually changed a little. I am more interested now in learning how to use herbs more, as well as how to make different sauces and dressings. My favorite food today is any meat with sauce, a healthy salad and a veggie. I like chicken, beef only if it is prime, and turkey. I eat fish when fresh and when is from the US. I am trying to stay away from pasta and rice as well as potatoes. Nevertheless, I love eating them. I have learned to enjoy fruits 3 portions daily. I missed them now if I don't. Just the fruit itself, no sugar added. Fresh fruit juices are also delicious and good for you.
