Just used the dough recipe and grilling technique. It was wonderful...much better than our previous attempts at grilled pizza and light years ahead of our oven pizza. If are adverse to charred bits of crust, do not use this recipe."

Reviewed Chocolate Bread Pudding

Used 86% cocoa chocolate and cut the amount in half. Added 1/2c chopped dried cherries, too. The family loved the bread pudding because it was not too sweet and a little tart. I let it sit in the fridge after prep, and the bread soaked up all of the custard leaving the end product more reminiscent to french toast. Next time I am going to use...
