"These cupcakes taste delicious and color is absolutely wonderful. I do however think that they are too greasy than they should be. Once you peel off the cupcake wrapper and pinch off some cake, you can feel a lot of the oil. The frosting is amazingly not too sweet, but the recipe makes way too much than you need! ""

"Just made this frosting today and paired it with yellow cupcakes. You definitely need to ADD MORE HEAVY CREAM for it to turn out right. 3-4 tbs of heavy cream was not enough and leaves you with dry chunks. I added a total of 6 tbs of heavy cream to get a beautiful and smooth consistency. If you use Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder it tastes some""

"I just made these cupcakes today. After reading the reviews I was afraid it was going to taste like cornbread but it didn't. I followed the cupcake recipe to a T (I used my own frosting recipe) and found that the cake was moist, fluffy, and light. The cake turned out to be a very nice light cream/golden color.
