Reviewed Bobby's Baked Tilapia

Sep 18, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I have to say that I agree with the other reviews in saying that this was a surprisingly tasty dishes given its simplicity. As good as it was before, it was absolutely more AWESOME this time...

I'm sure their were probably tricks and tips that they may have mentioned to have this dish be successful but it looked simple enough an...

Reviewed Chicken Milanese with Escarole Salad and Pickled Red Onions

Aug 13, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

The chicken on this dish is PERFECT but I agree with some of the other reviewers that there was too much salt in the pickled onions (even with kosher salt) for my taste. So much so that I did not add additional salt to the chicken after frying. I will note however that as a milanese, all the components are designed to eat together and when eate...
