Reviewed "Mock" Garlic Mashed Potatoes
"Very easy and fast. I substituted Neufchatel cheese for the Philly and I boiled the cauliflower in vegetable broth for added flavor instead of the bullion cube. I also added 1/3 medium onion and sauteed it with 1 tablespoon of garlic. This was a very tasty recipe and the perfect post-wisdom tooth extraction food. ""
