"This wasn't as good as I hoped it would of been. Mainly from human error though, my pasta may have cooked too long before the wine went in. I failed to find my corkscrew, it was MIA for at least ten minutes before I got the bottle opened. It was still good, but on the sticky/ mushy side."
Reviewed Carrot and Pineapple Cake
"This cake was SO GOOD! Even my 7 year old son ate it who is anti vegetables! I omited the walnuts and raisins though, and made a lemon frosting instead. Also instead of grating the carrots I used the food processor and also used canned crushed pineapples. This cake was super moist and delicious!"
