This chicken was so moist and delicious. I'm going to cook at like this all the time. When I baked though, the skin came off when I wanted it to remain intake. Any suggestions? I did add more seasoning and when I marinated all night I used fresh rosemary, lemon and other seasoning to make more spicy. Thanks for this recipe."

What is bitters and where can you get arrowroot? I want to try this recipe for Thanksgiving as my Husband and I aren't particularly fond of turkey.
