Replied to panettone bread pudding with amaretto sauce

I used a 2 lb. Panettone, too. EXCELLENT RECIPE!!!! I cannot describe how good it is. Also, be like Alton Brown and use your meat thermometer to figure out when it is done. It is done when the center is 165 degrees. (FYI--heavy cream is whipping cream)
