"Just want to let everyone that you have to use basmati rice, because it didn't work very well with Jasmine rice. And you should allow the time for Edamame to cook before the rice get too soft. The flavor is great. Love the ginger, garlic, and green onion. "

"Instead rice vinegar( I don't have it at home at the time of cooking), I used white wine vinegar and sweet marsala and it turned out deliciously perfect. I don't have to use a lot of butter at the end just about 1/3 of the stick and it still turned out perfect. Hope it help for those who really paying close attention to healthy diet. By the way"
