Reviewed Spicy, Smoky Cauliflower Mash

Taste was good but consistency turned the mash to soup in a blender. Tried adding marscapone cheese to thicken in the blender, but it was still soup. Guests liked the flavor and were kind about the soup texture. Next time: use a potato masher to 'mash' and puree just a small portion to blend together."
