"Very tasty. Made it for Easter. It was perfect with ham and scalloped potatoes. I made it two hours ahead and it seemed enough for the flavors to blend and the carrots to soften a bit. I forgot the almonds so next time I am definitely adding those. "

"Made it for Easter. It went perfect with ham. I sliced the potatoes very thinly on a mandolin so ended up with five layers. I used fresh lemon thyme and freshly ground nutmeg which made all the difference. I baked it covered for about 45 minutes and then uncovered on the same temperature for another 15 minutes. Everyone loved it and wanted the rec"

"Delicious. Made it for Easter. It was perfect with coffee after our lunch feast. Not too heavy. I used fresh lemon thyme from my garden. I also sprinkled lemon zest on top of the glaze before it hardened. Next time will double the recipe. "
