Usually love Alton's recipes, and this followed suit. Fun to bring out my cast iron skillet. I thought mine was a little too runny looking so added a 1/2 cup of Pamela's gluten free mix. I like mine a little sweet so squirted some xtra honey in too! It was perfect. Oh and used coconut oil, because that is what i had closest to grab as the pan "
