"No joke! This was foolproof. We had an almost 8# rib roast. I cooked it at 400F for an hour, oven off for 3, back on for 40 mins at 375F and it was perfection. I read tons of recipes and decided on Paul Deen. I made the right choice! Best prime rib roast yet.""
