The fish sauce marries with the daikon for for a pungent bit of nastiness that's just uncalled for in a salad.

Awful, I did a side-by-side with the real thing and this wasn';t even close. Too much dill, not tart enough, the base flavor wasn';t there either. I would like to recommend how to fix this but it';s so far off I';m just throwing away the mix I made and look elsewhere. For all those 5 star reviews, I really believe one of two things...

I think this was good but a little spicy for me so I cut the cayenne pepper in half. I have made this by just adding all the seasoning to supermarket ground pork and ground turkey. When I do the turkey (94%) I add 1 cup of lightly sweated, small dice spanish onion to soften up the final patties. Thanks Alton"

Place the sugar, cinnamin, and coffee in a spice grinder and grind it for a couple minutes until it is all finely ground. 250 is plently hot to finish the...

This turned out great, not heavy or dense, not too cake like but right in the middle with good banana flavor. I followed the recipe except added 1tsp of vanilla, 1cup of cake flower substitute, 1/2 cup brown sugar substitute. Right now it's still warm but I'm thinking to make a rum glaze for it.
