Reviewed Grandmother Paula's Red Velvet Cake
"Made this for my daughter's 14th Birthday(she asked for a red velvet cake??. She totally loved it and her friends was stunned to see a blood red cake..lol. Moist, silky and so soft. The frosting was so yummy with the pecans but next time will omit the marshmallows,had a bit of trouble with it. This recipe is a keeper. Thank you Ms. Deen:"

Reviewed Pizza Dough
"I changed my pizza dough to this and I am not at all sorry. I love the use of the olive oil and the end product was nice and crunchy. I did not use all the flour..after 2 cups I just added the last cup a little at a time until I got the right texture. I cut back the salt a teeny bit but other that that..it's a keepere"
Gosh!! I just love to cook and bake. I spend most of my time in the kitchen trying out recipes from food network. The chefs here make things look so easy. With the little knowledge I have from reading and watching, most of the times the recipes comes out great. I love to bake, I'm the 'dessert' specialist in my family (at least that's what they call me).
I love american food, grill, bar-b-que..you name it. My taste for meats are restricted to only chicken and some sea foods. According to my husband I do a mean steak, even though I don't eat it. my favorite restaurant is the ones where the food taste awesome..hehe
