This casserole looks like something you would find at a senior center for dinner. I like the crusty topping. The casserole itself was just okay. The only seasoning is thyme and it definitely needs salt and pepper. I sauteed the onion before I added the veggies. I wonder if cutting the potatoes into fries and cooking them with the onion first would...

Really good--even with ground nutmeg instead of freshly grated. Creamy and flavorful. Be sure to carefully monitor the simmering step so it doesn't burn on the bottom.

These were a hit, and yes, you don't need the cream as it is wet enough after the lemon juice. The 20 minute prep time is not right. It took me over an hour to make 25--very putzy. I put fresh basil around the appetizes and encouraged people to eat it with the tomatos--very good."

I liked this recipe but the dough turned out too stiff. there's no way i could gently fold in the blueberries! I'm wondering if it's because i used regular flour (sifted) and I substituted a sugar substitute. Any ideas??"

really, the ingredients were wayyyyyy toooo much! and out of order! And at the top it says bake 1 hr 10 mins but at the end of the recipe it says to bake for 35 to 40 mins. what to do????
