"Absolutely the best stuffing EVER. I make this every year for Christmas and it is always a huge hit. I use turkey sausage for my parents who don't eat pork, but otherwise I change nothing. It is AMAZING. Well worth the work involved in cleaning the leeks, coring the apples, preparing the dried cranberries. Do it a day ahead or in the morning to save time and clean up at dinner time.
