Reviewed Lemon Chicken Breasts

"Recipe was easy to follow. I made exactly as recipe - but wish it had a "Little" more lemon flavor. Chicken was tender. I served it with brussell sprouts and baked sweet potatoes. A good meal and plenty for left overs. Will maker again."

Reviewed Braised Hoisin Beer Short Ribs with Creamy Mashed Yukons and Sesame Snow Peas

"These ribs were fantastic! I made them exactly as the recipe stated and wouldn't change a thing. Made them a second time for guests and got rave reviews. They are fork tender and the sauce is really good with the addition of Hoisin. There is so much sauce that the second time I made them I almost doubled the meat and there was plenty. Definitely a keeper!

Reviewed Frozen Brownie Sundaes

"I have to say my husband and I were really disappointed in this one. We love all the ingredients but together this was just too "over the top".If I ever made it again I would cut the chocolate chips and heath bars in half for the batter, add a little more ice cream and cut the amount of chips in the topping way down. The top was too thick and hard to cut. I was really disappointed as I had made this for a preview to be served at a family dinner. And the ingredients weren't cheap. will be serving something else.
