Reviewed Chicken in Creamy Tomato Curry: Chicken Tikka Masala

"Hmm, approach is a bit odd, almost the reverse of how Indian food is usually cooked (I'm Indian). PRO is that is easier & faster to cook. Using way more tomatoes lend a nice color and I can use wayyyyyy less cream than I usually do! CON is that it doesn't taste like usual but I can just increase my curry masalas. I still might add a dash of food coloring to get that beautiful red because without it, it still comes out a bit orange brown. And, why are there no onions?? loll.. still a great recipe, keep it up Aarti!! <3 "
