This was very tasty and the perfect compliment to our seared ahi. I did not find it overly greasy, but we used the natural peanut butter (we drain off the oil so maybe that is why. This is Cuban sandwich is da' bomb - far better than I've had at any restaurant and the hubby agrees! The ONLY change we made was the bread. We bought an Italian loaf fresh at a local bakery, buttered and toasted our bread. Yummmmmm! This recipe is a keeper for sure. "
