"This omelet is great!! I used diced smoked sausage and southwestern shredded hash browns. I added a couple handfuls of cheddar cheese to the eggs. Eight minutes is the perfect cooking time. This recipe is so versatile and I plan on trying it with bacon, sausage and ham. Thanks Ina!!""
