"Ina is always my "go-to", but this one hits all the points! The best summer date night dinner! I didn't use as much saffron as the recipe calls for, (but I will next time) and I didn't have parsley available (but I will next time!) A crisp Sauvignon Blanc, crunchy French bread...heaven!"

"Good flavors, easy preparation and quick! I added a chicken andouille sausage also. It was a bit too spicy, although we like spicy. I think it was the addition of the sausage that made it too spicy. "
