"I thought it was great. I made a few modifications only because I used what I had on hand which is what a casserole is. I didn't have enough cheddar cheese but I did have enough Velveeta cheese which I cubed. I didn't have an onion but I did have minced dried onions so I hydrated about 1/4 cup of that.
