“OUTSTANDING! This fish was better than most I have eaten in five star restaurants. It literally melted in my mouth! I have always been intimidated to cook fish at home, but making this in a saute pan is a breeze! My market did not have snapper so I substituted cod and it was wonderful. This is going in the "good enough for company" file!
